Hey all! Adrianna here.
Before we knew it, the big day arrived! Not remembering the pain of labor really has to be the only reason women ever decide to have more than one child. Hee hee! Hoo hoo!

When we arrived at the I Fell Down Wellness Center, I saw an interesting character outside the entrance and wondered, with some anxiety, if this would be my nurse. Jules, after panicking once again, showered me in kisses and helped me inside.
My doctor ended up being Dr. Ramon. A very respectable man. Unfortunately, the little bugger didn't want to make his or her debut. I had to pace the halls for quite some time before the doctor decided to take me back . . .
Things have changed a lot since I had my last baby. The contraption I faced made me uneasy, but the doctor assured me things would go easily and swiftly. Let's not talk about what happened next.
Here she is! Our new baby girl. We decided to call her Brianna. She beamed up at us and I instantly fell in love with her again.
Fortunately, I got to spend some time with my new baby girl before they whisked her away. I already didn't want to let her out of my sight.
Jules and I took a dazed moment to let it all sink in. We really were doing it again! Raising another child . . . when we were almost free.
Everyone eagerly awaited us at home. My heart warmed to see how Ashley took care of her little sister. I hadn't thought about Ashley being the only girl until now and wondered how long she had wished for a sister.
Jules didn't want to relinquish little Brianna to me at first. I finally had to run everyone out so I could feed her and spend some mother-daughter time with her.
I must admit, I spent all of the rest of the day with her. I felt especially close to her. Maybe because it had been so long since I held my own baby in my arms. Jeanie, as much as I love her, isn't mine and it just isn't the same.
Meanwhile, the rest of the family had to amused themselves with me. Jules chose a charity to donate to. He had spent time at the hospital talking to others less fortunate than us as he waited for Brianna to be born. His generous donation earned his name on their donor wall. Then he spent a good long time setting up his own social network . . . for what reason? I don't know, but he eagerly told me he already had 20 followers.
The following day, Ricky and Faon came over to meet Brianna. We shared hugs all around. When Ricky hugged Faon before he hugged me, I admonished him. They had plenty of time together in their own home. I wanted a congratulatory hug from my son.
He laughed and apologized, then I got my bear hug. I'm still amazed at how much he has matured. I forget sometimes he has his own baby at home and his own family to support. I couldn't be more proud. I had to turn my thoughts away from the fear that Ashley and John wouldn't be so accomplished and happy.
Everything went well until Jules tried to share and went to John for a hug. His eye roll couldn't have been more obvious that he didn't want to participate but he relented and hugged his dad with a groan.
Ashley, on the other head, turned up her nose and abandoned the rest of us to do some yoga. I told Jules to ignore her. She would come around.
Brianna's cries gave Ashley away and I was awarded with seeing her cuddle her little sister. I knew there would be a special bond there. We just had to get past the teenage moodswings.
The following day, our new massage table and chair arrived. Jules and I asked for a massage at the same time. I stretched out on the massage table first. Jules turned out to be pretty good at massages.
Next time, I have to remember to go first. Jules immensely enjoyed his massage! I didn't ruin his mood by pouting about wanting another massage so soon.
Fortunately, Jules took his turn to care for Brianna so I could start dinner. A father and daughter relationship is so special. I'm hoping that Brianna is more of a daddy's little girl that Ashley was. Of course, I'd be lying if I said I didn't want her to be my little shadow.
Every evening, Jules returns to his social network. He announced that he now had 41 followers as I passed by the room, stating that he had more then doubles his numbers. I just laughed.
Meanwhile, our next project was finally complete. My boss has awarded me with a new set of Corporate Chic kitchen cabinets as part of my new promotion. I really appreciated it since I still felt like a glorified dishwasher. I didn't feel the least bit guilty about the dishware I absconded with, even though they were a bit dirty.
Our second project, or more like my next project, is what I call my Treasure Room. I placed my lone little lamp in the room. My first "treasure" since moving to our new home. The lamp turned out being worth about $80. I also "ended up" with a book called Playing With Your Food worth $20. Something about appraising my treasures made me immensely happy.
Since my promotion, my work times left me home alone quite a bit. It helped us avoid daycare for Brianna, but I spent an uncomfortable amount of time idle. I finally decided I needed something else to focus on.
Mixology! We had a bar installed and I immediately began to practice. I can now tell you that my new favorite drink is the Barley Bale. Everything felt right. Our teens earned As on all of their tests and papers. We had a new baby girl. Our house slowly became more our own. Life is good!
Of course, I'm unable to do much before Brianna demands my attention. I stopped in to feed and cuddle her, then hurried out to introduce myself to the new gardener from Gardeners United.
She introduced herself as Harmony Wooten. As we got to know each other, I discovered Voidcritters. She said the kids these days obsessed over them. Very generously, she gave me a few to start off my collection for Brianna.
She gave me a level 2 limited edition foil card of a Nimbus. She also gave me several common, uncommon and even rare cards. I insisted on tipping her for her service. I also traded one of the card with Raylan the housekeeper and he gave me a level 9 limited edition foil card of Fissure. I couldn't thank him enough! I ordered more cards on the internet and ended up with two level 1 foil cards: Yorier and Nymphaea.
That evening when John and Ashley arrived home after school, I had to refrain from commenting on John's dress. I'm positive he didn't leave in this outfit, let alone own anything like it. Sometimes it's better to say nothing. I explained the Voidcritter cards until John offered to see to Brianna.
Jules got a promotion shortly after mine. He called himself an Art Book Collator and I just laughed. He received several Perfect Art Lighting fixtures and we used them to highlight his masterpieces. He continued to churn out those masterpieces.
I finally received Brianna's birth certificate in the mail and proudly hung it on the wall. What more could I want? I have the perfect, not so little family.
