Hey guys! Ashley here. I want to tell you something. It's so easy to sneak out of the house. My family is so easily distracted. Dad was playing with magic . . . like always.
Mom was writing her book like she thinks she gonna be famous someday.
My weird-A brother was out practicing his karate or whatever. (Sorry about the picture. For some reason, he didn't have hair when I started the game. It was probably custom content. When I changed his hair for his everyday outfit, it didn't change for his martial arts outfit.)
And that dang robot my mom brought home was scrubbing away my art. Stupid hunk of metal!
But I did manage to sneak out, barely avoiding the school bus as it pulled up at the end of the road. If only I could fly away on my broom and never return. What a dream!
After grabbing the greasiest, fattening food I could find at the diner, I headed for the park. Though I'm nothing like either one of my parents, magic is cool. So I played around a bit while I waited for something interesting to come along.
And interesting he was! But anything is better than my so called family.
I rush over to introduce myself and it turns out he's really cool! His name is Franco and he had some interesting stories about sharks and kelp.
Before I know it, we've spent the whole day together at the park. He's so cute and much more mature than the boys at school. I find my thoughts getting carried away. I hastily say goodbye and head for home.
I forgot prom was tonight. I had just enough time to clean up and change clothes before the limo arrived. I guess my parents can be cool some of the time.
I'm sure my mom did boring things at her boring job while I had an awesome time causing trouble and kicking butt at the dance.
John got voted prom king and he was mad at me for getting prom queen. I think he wanted that Amy girl to win. He spent the whole night flirting with her.
Whatever. He can be mad all he wants, I won a sweet-A crown and took a pretty awesome prom picture. His was okay, I guess.
According to metal mouth, the pups were getting a little frisky again. Mom keeps saying she needs to separate them but I'm so totally okay with puppies.
Speaking of metal mouth, he has to be sneaking fish into that small-A pond the way he keeps pulling them out. Crazy robot!
While John sleeps away his life in the Sharper bed, I find myself alone on the balcony with the hypno gadget. For some reason I don't really remember the next few hours . . . but I feel so energized and awake.
I don't say anything, but I already think that Mae is acting different. I whisper encouragement to her and pet her sweetly.
The other two are their usual selves, sleeping on the couch and playing in their food when they think no one is watching.
Freaking guess who I run into strolling passed our house!! I say hi but tell him I'm heading out so I can't invite him in. Gawd! What would Mom and Dad say?!
While I wait on Franco to leave the neighborhood, I humor Dad and tell him he doesn't look a day over thirty . . . he actually looks a day over forty. He gave me a dirty look and I escaped outside.
Feeling gross after the lunch I had, I decide to try to tackle the Wall again while everyone else is getting ready for bed.
I bid everyone a goodnight and wait until everyone is tucked away in their rooms . . . doing whatever they do before bed. Then I sneak out the window. What they don't know can't hurt them, right? Ri-ight?
With only the critters to witness my escape . . . well, actually they were busy doing their own thing . . . I went on my search for Franco. Goodnight you guys! I'll see you later . . . I guess. Whatever.
You guys! I had so much fun with this post! I'll try to rotate out my characters and have fun with it. Adrianna did earn the fast learner trait (again?), and both she and Jules aged into adults. I'll hopefully explore what's going on with John and Amy in the next post. Thank you all for your support and happy simming!!
