Hey all! It's Adrianna.
Before we get started, check out the gnomes I bought. They are known to attract or discourage strays and pets. Of course, I set mine to invite dogs, cats and strays to visit.
While I slept, I dreamed of gnomes and dogs. Lots of dogs. It had been a very vivid dream and it gave me an idea, but it's a surprise.
So I got up and whipped out my phone. I made a phone call and was told I would get a delivery soon.
I ate some leftover salad and took a nap. I knew it would take some time.
Apparently, while I napped, a stray cat showed up and Forrest played with her. A car horn woke me and I found them like this. I snapped a picture real quick and headed to the road. That car horn meant my delivery had arrived.
I called her Jenny!
She's a clueless mutt, but she's a beautiful, clueless mutt. I know she will make the perfect mate for Forrest. So I watched them greet each other and play.
The pet adoption woman also dropped off the dog bed, bowl and toy crate that I bought, so I set those up.
I love the new dog bed! They had it in my color too. I filled the new bowl and then spent some time socializing with Jenny, even though I was late for work.
She can catch some air!
I'm glad I spent the time to befriend Jenny, but I was really late for work. I knew I had to get at least one of the three jobs available done.
My first job was at Flora Goodfellow's house. She explained the situation to me and I reassured her.
She had five ghosts haunting her house. Poor woman! (friendly, young ghost worth $37, two kind, young ghosts worth $25, a kind, old ghost worth $50, and a lost, young ghost worth $100.
Before I left, I snuck off and swiped an overhead cabinet while Flora slept in her rocking chair. Yeah . . . poor woman . . .
I missed my other two jobs, so I decided to head home. I'll check back with the homeowners another night. What I was told about the other two jobs leads me to think my work is about to get a lot more interesting.

This is what I came home to . . . Jenny using the new bed. It warmed my heart!
So I took a short nap, waiting for the police station to open so I could investigate their paranormal activity, but I had trouble sleeping with Jenny chewing on the squeaky toy.
I stopped trying to sleep and got up. I spent the hour before 8 am teaching Jenny the basics of hunting.
At 8 am, I turned on my logic tabcast and headed for the police station.
At the police station, the sheriff told me they no longer needed my services and wouldn't explain why. I left, somewhat disgruntled. (The opportunity was glitched. I tried it twice and it wouldn't complete, so I cancelled it.)
When I returned home, I found out that Jenny had picked up fleas while out hunting, so I gave the dogs a bath. Forrest was getting stinky anyway. (Saving up for the Pet Hygienator is a must!)
After bathing the dogs, I desperately needed a shower and some sleep.
(Adrianna ended with $1827 and $1601 in stolen goods. Her lifetime happiness points ended up being 7096, Forrest ended with 1526 and Jenny ended with 1552.)
